Sent wrong size ; then expensive returnWe ordered US 8/ UK5/38EU. Received US 7 which was too small. The shoe box read 7M, but a stick-on label read 5UK/38EU (obviously incorrect). Then cost over $17 to return post the wrong size shoes.If you are going to offer sales in US, find an easier & less costly way to return post items. Also establish a US 800 number to make it easier for US customers to contact customer support.

Superb company 5 out of 5 everything time.I use Barrington regularly for cricket equipment. They are very competitively priced and in the unlikely event something does go wrong their customers services department is excellent and returns policy is second to none. Trainers arrived in fast time and were cheaper than on the highstreet.I am really happy with the Asics Trainers I bought from Barrington Sports. I bought the identical model trainers that I bought on the High St a year ago, (except the more recent model)They were a lot less expensive. The quality was still the same. I won't hesitate to purchase my next pair on line again.
